Always a great selection of nice Native American themed merchandise!!!! Moccasins, craft supplies like beads and animal skins, great selection of books pottery, Indian toys, big selection of sterling silver and turqoise Southwestern and Native American jewelry, and some costume Southwestern themed jewelry as well. You can find stones and arrowheads too. There's candy, artifacts, and other related type items as well. Located right on the historic Mohawk Trail, and open year round. I stop in whenever Iam in town.

My family and I visited the Mohawk Trading Post a few years ago and we had a blast. Our son at the time was very interested in the Indian Information and the indian type products you could buy there. Of course he wanted far more stuff than we could afford, but we were able to find several things that he was able to play with and read about. There were plenty of arrowheads from the indians of the area I think and there were lots of other cool trinkets! I even got a book on the various Indian Tribes that were located all over Massachusetts and it blew my mind. The entire State had been filled with many different Tribes. And I grew up in Massachusetts, but I was not taught this in my history classes (unless I just forgot, but I can't imagine knowing something as big as this and then forgetting it). I am proud to be cousins with the owner of the Mohawk Trading Post, but I need to clarify that none of what I am saying is some advertising scheme. Everything is true and no doubt as good as it is because of the hard work of the family that owns the Post. Having grown up in Greenfield myself I have known about the Mohawk Trading Post much longer than I knew that the people who owned it were relatives of my family. Though I am officially an adult, I still get very excited at the thought of finding a real Indian arrowhead! Jeff York And Family Chicago, IL
